Here’s the nominees for The Film Award at the Rolling Stone UK Awards 2024

Our nominees honour those who lit up the big screen this year

With the second annual Rolling Stone UK Awards fast approaching, we’re pleased to reveal the nominees for The Film Award.

Our nominees in this category honour those who have lit up the big screen in 2024. From misty-eyed documentaries tracing the latest reunion of a beloved British band to biting social commentary, steamy sports dramas and beyond, British and Irish actors have gone above and beyond this year, and our nominees reflect that.

The latest nomination announcement comes after we previously confirmed the artists  shortlisted for The Breakthrough AwardThe Artist Award, The Album AwardThe Group AwardThe Live Act AwardThe Festival Award, the Song of the Year AwardThe Play Next Award and The Record Label Award. The Rolling Stone UK Awards 2024 take place at the Roundhouse, London on November 28. Winners, presenters and VIP guests will also be whisked to and from the historic North London venue in style in luxury Volvo cars, while a multi-platform editorial campaign will be utilising Rolling Stone UK ’s presence in print and digital forms, online and across social platforms to create a moment of a scale rarely seen in UK music media.
