As ATEEZ continue the European leg of their ‘TOWARDS THE LIGHT : WILL TO POWER’ We’ve taken a pictorial look at their London O2 Arena tour date last week. Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung and Jongho established a particularly strong bond with their fanbase on both sides of the Atlantic, which manifested in the thunderous chants and screaming when they took to the arena stage in England’s capital. Yunho told Rolling Stone UK in a previous interview “Every single time we are surprised by how loud and passionate fans are when they chant with us. Each time it always feels so moving and beautiful to hear them cheer so loudly with us.” Seongwha puts this connection down to their songs. “In our music, we’re drawn to themes that everyone can connect with, like self-worth, love, and resilience. We want to express emotions that ATINY can relate to.”
The octet racked up their second number 1 on the Billboard 200 at the end of last year with ‘GOLDEN HOUR: Part.2’ as well as consistently hitting the top 10 in the UK album charts, so it wasn’t a shock when they added an additional second night at the O2 in London due to demand from the British ATINY fanbase.

After London, ATEEZ took their electricity up north to the AO Arena in Manchester before heading out to mainland Europe to continue their wild party. The group has plenty of unconventionally structured songs and cheekier dance moves, such as Wooyoung’s crowd-pleasing ‘CRAZY FORM’ twerk and the below, slow-gyrating-hip-dance move that will henceforth be named ‘The Mingi.’ It all makes for a five-star, super-charged concert. Vocally led by a powerful Jongho, and a silkily-toned San, the group continue to improve on their sonic synergy. Over the years the group have fine-tuned their sound, with Seonghwa, Yunho and Wooyoung adding more depth to the group’s range as a whole, especially with the addition of deep baritone low notes from Yeosang and explosive rapping from captain Hongjoong and Mingi that really give their songs levels. Their ‘TOWARDS THE LIGHT : WILL TO POWER’ party is finishing up in Europe at the end of February.
