Paul McCartney announces ‘Got Back’ tour of UK and Europe

He will head around the continent for a series of pre-Christmas gigs.

Paul McCartney has announced a new set of UK and European tour dates for the end of 2024 – see the dates and ticket details for the Got Back tour below.

The Beatles star will play gigs in Paris, Madrid, Manchester and London in December, including two shows at the troubled but now finally open Co-op Live venue in Manchester.

The gigs will begin in Paris on December 4 and end in London on December 19.

Macca said: “I’m excited to be ending my year and 2024 tour dates in the UK. It’s always such a special feeling to play shows on our home soil. It’s going to be an amazing end to the year.

“Let’s get set to party. I can’t wait to see you.”

Tickets will go on sale at 10am local time on Friday (June 21) with a pre-sale on Wednesday (June 19) – buy yours here and see the dates below.

Elsewhere, McCartney recently became the first ever British musician to be certified as a billionaire according to the Sunday Times’ annual Rich List for 2024.

According to the list, McCartney’s personal wealth rose by £50million over the last year, taking him up to £1billion. The richest person in the UK remains Gopichand Parmanand Hinduja, head of the Hinduja Group, with a worth of £37.2billion, the highest recorded in the Rich List.
