Oasis won’t be doing interviews around their reunion tour according to Liam Gallagher, in order to avoid “intrusive questions”.

Back in August, the Britpop legends confirmed that they will play their first gigs together in 16 years at UK venues including London’s Wembley Stadium and Manchester’s Heaton Park.

Liam and Noel haven’t spoken in an interview about the reunion yet, and according to the former, that is set to continue.

On X/Twitter, a fan asked Liam: “Rasta when’s the first interview together?” to which Liam replied: “We’re not doing any.”

On a separate thread, he expanded: “We don’t want to do interviews coz we’re scared of the media asking us intrusive questions and trying to pick holes in our relationship.”

This week, Oasis announced details of Australian dates as part of their their hugely-anticipated 2025 reunion tour.

It comes after North American dates were added to the tour, and sold out immediately, with extra shows being tagged onto the run.

The tour will now stop at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium on October 31 and Sydney’s Accor Stadium on November 7. The band said: “People of the land down under. You better run-you better take cover… We are coming. You are most welcome.”

Liam recently said farewell to his stadium-filling solo career for the meantime too, playing at the Liam Gallagher And Friends Malta Weekender, where he toasted his hugely successful solo career ahead of the anticipated 2025 reunion.
