The Prodigy went all out to save Circa Waves from a festival travel nightmare
Private jet, anyone?

Circa Waves almost missed a major festival slot over the weekend – until The Prodigy unexpectedly came to their rescue.
The band fell victim to the global IT outage that occcurred when an update from cyber security firm Crowd Strike crashed over 8 million computers across the globe – including the devices used by airports around the world.
This meant that it was nearly curtains for Circa Waves’ latest festival spot at Germany’s Deichbrand Festival, until the unlikeliest of saviours emerged.
Enter The Prodigy, who offered Circa Waves the use of their private jet – which the Liverpool indie group were only too happy to accept.
They had to swap stage times at Deichbrand, but this incredible act of generosity meant that the band *did* make it to Germany for the show – and it’s all thanks to the rave icons.
We were stranded without a hope in the world of making a festival,” explained the band.
“Like our guardian electronic angels The Prodigy flew in and picked us up in a private jet. Without them we would’ve been stuck in Heathrow and missed our show, we can’t thank them enough! Long live The Prodigy.”
Ah, the joys of friends in high places eh?
