Sampha teams up with Little Simz on ‘Satellite Business’

Sampha has released ‘Satellite Business 2.0’, a new version of a track from his latest album which now features the talents of Little Simz.

The track originally featured on Sampha’s 2023 album Lahai, but the singer explained that he had “always imagined a guest verse to expand on it”.

“Simz’s music has been close to my heart and ears for sometime now which makes her being on this song that more special,” he said.

“She’s one of my favourite artists. Her confidence and creative bravery are so refreshing, it’s amazing to see someone giving so much to their art.”

Little Simz added that she is “so honoured to be a part of this record with Sampha”, hailing him as “one of the most important voices in music today”. She added: “We have great musical chemistry and respect of each other’s process. Glad I got to stand alongside him on this.”

Sampha added on Instagram: “To the one of one Little Simz thank you for your generosity and the vital energy of your messages and perspective you express so expertly. A true inspiration to us.”
