PinkPantheress signs a fan’s prosthetic leg at Dublin show
'This is one of those things I don’t think many people will get to do,' the star told the crowd on Tuesday
The last time the unexpected happened at a PinkPantheress gig, a man appeared to stage crash her Camp Flog Gnaw set in November with a riverdancing stint. On Tuesday, the ‘Boy’s a Liar’ singer added another first to her list, this time by signing a fan’s prosthetic leg while onstage.
During her show at at Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre on Tuesday, someone from the crowd handed the singer a prosthetic leg to sign. “This is one of those things I don’t think many people will get to do,” PinkPantheress said to the crowd.
After inking the prosthetic with her name, PinkPantheress told the fan: “Thank you, queen. I hope that’s good. My handwriting is notoriously bad.” The artist later shared a photo on Twitter of herself holding up the prosthetic limb, next to a caption that read, “yes honey.” She also posted a video featuring her onstage with the Irish flag and wrote, “first show of the tour honey love u ireland.”
PinkPantheress released her long-awaited debut album, Heaven Knows album last fall, and will soon bring her tour to the U.K., Netherlands, France and Germany. In the spring, the singer’s headlining North American will begin on April 6, with an opening show at Detroit’s Saint Andrew’s Hall. The string of shows extends through April 30, with stops in Toronto, Boston, New York, Chicago, Nashville, Houston, and San Diego, before wrapping in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Palladium.
In July, PinkPantheress is set to join Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts World Tour for another trek across the U.S. and Canada.
