PinkPantheress has cancelled all her remaining tour dates for 2024, citing health reasons.
In an Instagram story shared yesterday (August 1), the singer explained that the move was taken “in order to focus on my physical health and overall wellbeing”.
“It appears I have reached a wall which I am struggling to penetrate through,” she said. The cancelled shows include appearances at the upcoming festivals Field Day and Summer Sonic, alongside opening slots on Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts tour in the US and Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres shows in Australia and New Zealand.
“I would like to thank all of you, as well as my touring team and Olivia for giving me the platform to perform some super fun shows,” she continued. “I’m sad to disappoint anyone and can only hope we will be in each other’s company once I return to health.”
The singer had already kicked off her dates with Rodrigo and most recently performed on July 30 in Denver, Colorado. An appearance on July 27 was also cancelled due to health issues.
The singer’s debut album came in the form of 2023’s Heaven Knows.
