Nova Twins have returned with their huge new single ‘Monsters’.
The comeback track is the first new music from Amy Love and Georgia South in over a year and sees the pair offering a frank address of mental health issues, paired of course with a side order of the monstrous riffs for which the pair are only too well known.
Describing the track, the pair said: “Monsters is about awakening to and understanding your mental health.
“Growing up, we often look outward, absorbing what life throws at us. Over time, the good and bad experiences start to settle. Before learning to navigate these feelings, you may face self-loathing, anxiety and a fear of who you’ve become. Confronting these emotions, breathing through them, and opening up to someone can help. Many people struggle with mental health, and this song aims to show vulnerability and let our audience know they’re not alone.”
They’ll also make a live return next month when they play an intimate show at London’s Omeara for BRITs Week 25.
