Papa's latest iteration has finally arrived.

Ghost have released their new song ‘Satanized’, as well as announcing their new album Skeletá and revealing Papa V Perpetua – the latest guise of frontman Tobias Forge.
The group have been teasing the newest iteration of Papa recently and the new video culminates in a full reveal as he dons a blue cassock and a rather unsettling metal mask.
“Save me from the monster I see in me,” Papa sings on the song’s bombastic chorus. “I’m paralysed / Save me from the bottom of the heart I know / I’m Satanized / I’m Satanized / I’m Satanized.”
“We wish to inform you that with just a few plumes of smoke our PERPETUAL state of anticipation has subsided. We learned patience is key to opening any door in life. Let us celebrate the crowning of Papa V Perpetua and the announcement of Ghost’s six-six-sixth psalm, Skeletá,” the group said.
Today also marks the debut of The Satanizer, a first of its kind music video experience for fans who wish to be “Satanized”. Developed in partnership with Jason Zada (Elf Yourself), The Satanizer will morph its users into characters featured in the song’s melodramatic video. With a quick upload of their photo, The Satanizer will send out a personalised music video clip featuring the participant, who can in turn share via social media that they too have been “Satanized”.
The album arrives on April 25 and you can check out the track list in full below.
