Liam Gallagher has announced details of his third solo album and a return to Knebworth House next summer – the location where Oasis played the most memorable gigs of their whole career in 1996.
‘C’mon You Know’ arrives on May 27th 2022 via Warner, followed by the biggest show of his solo career at Knebworth on June 4th.
He’ll be supported at the massive outdoor show by Kasabian, Michael Kiwanuka, Goat Girl and Fat White Family, with tickets available here from 10AM on Friday October 8.
“I’m absolutely buzzing to announce that on 4th June 2022 I’ll be playing Knebworth Park. It’s gonna be biblical. C’mon You Know. LG x,” said Liam.
Fans who pre-order ‘C’mon You Know’ here by 3pm on Wednesday, October 6th will receive access to a pre-sale for Knebworth Park tickets that opens at 10am on Thursday, October 7th.
It follows his second solo studio effort ‘Why Me Why Not?’ which arrived in 2019, and 2017 debut ‘As You Were’.
Last month, the singer was bizarrely forced to cancel a show in Belfast after he “fell out of a helicopter” following his headline set at the Isle of Wight festival.
Posting on Twitter after the accident, Gallagher shared a picture of his injuries along with a post which said: “So check this out I fell out the helicopter last night you couldn’t [write] it.”
The new documentary ‘Oasis Knebworth 1996’ also arrived in cinemas last month and captured the frenzy of the era-defining shows, which saw 250,000 fans descending on the Hertfordshire location to see the Manchester icons.
