Charli XCX curates ‘party girl’ festival as part of London’s LIDO
She will be joined by The Japanese House, A. G. Cook, The Dare and more in Victoria Park next summer
Charli XCX has been announced as the second headliner for London’s new LIDO festival, curating a day dubbed ‘party girl’.
The new festival, from the organisers of All Points East, was announced recently with a headline show from Jamie xx on June 7.
The following weekend (June 14), Charli will welcome collaborators and friends including The Japanese House, A. G. Cook and The Dare for a huge headline show.
Tickets for Charli’s gig will go on general sale on Friday, November 29. You can buy your tickets here, and see the full line-up below.
LIDO Festival, named after the park’s historic Lido Field, is set to take place across two weekends in June 2025, and promises “carefully curated music line-ups alongside community-driven activities during the week, all with a strong emphasis on sustainability.”
The line-up for LIDO is yet to be announced, but an official release promises the “most current headliners” as well as a strong focus on emerging artists through East London Arts and Music (ELAM).
Students from the school will be given the chance to perform, as well as vocational opportunities in festival production, technology, and the wider music industry.
