Adele teases return with new website and social media updates
Hello, is that you Adele?

Adele has continued to tease her imminent return to music by updating her website and social media pages.
It comes after fans speculated that a comeback was on the cards when giant billboards bearing the letter ’30’ appeared in cities such as Dublin, London, Rome, Paris and New York last week.
While little other context was provided, the singer’s last album came in 2015’s ’25’ , with the number of that title reflecting the age she was when she started writing the record.
Adele is now 33, which means that she would have started working on the record in late 2018 or the first half of 2019.
Today (October 4), her website and social media channels have been updated with the same font and colour scheme, leading fans to believe that their initial inclinations were correct. Fans have also been encouraged to sign up to the singer’s mailing list on her official website.
Other indirect clues have arrived from Taylor Swift, who has pushed forward the release of the re-recorded version of her album ‘Red’ by a week.
Swift’s record, which features collabs with Phoebe Bridgers and Ed Sheeran, will now arrive on November 12 – leading fans to believe that Adele’s album could now drop on the original release date of November 19.
Adele’s last major public promo appearance came when she hosted ‘SNL’ last October and hinted she would make a musical return this year.
“I’m going back to my cave now to be the (single) cat lady that I am!” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “Peace out ’til next year.”
Reports earlier this year also suggested that she could join the iconic array of artists who have undertaken their own residencies in Las Vegas.
