Johnny Nasty Boots, the Los Angeles, California-based rock artist and producer originally from Mexico City, has set the stage for his new release “Lovers (On the Road)” to cap off a memorable last twelve months to say the least. 2024 saw Johnny take the world by storm and perform across South America and the U.S.A. His tour was filled with lots of energy and fans from all walks of life that have one thing in common, a love for Rock n’ Roll.

New Music & Bridging The Genre Of Rock N’ Roll
Known for being a modern representative of the genre, his new single “Lovers (On The Road)” is an ode to the rock and roll lifestyle with fuzz textures and dreamlike vibes that take you into surreal territory. This newly released song is a preview of their EP titled “Self Portrait”, to be released in the summer of 2025. With exciting new things ahead, Johnny aims to cement himself as a household name in the legendary genre while simultaneously paving the way for other rock artists hailing from Mexico.
Johnny Nasty Boots’ music brings the roots of the psychedelic sounds and blues of the 60’s and 70’s to the present day, creating an energetic and modern rock n’ roll sound. Listening to his music gives you a nostalgic feeling of Rock Music and it is easy to see why it resonates with so many people around the world. Some of his milestones for 2024 include being part of Whisky A Go-Go’s 60th anniversary celebrations sharing the stage with the legendary band Strawberry Alarm Clock, being invited by Faster Pussycat as one of the opening acts during their 30+ show tour around the United States, touring Argentina for the first time and being the guest opener of Pentagram for their show at Whisky A Go-Go in February 2025.
What’s Next? A European Tour
Rockstars never sleep, and after a busy year, Johnny is still eager to turn it up a notch. He is currently preparing for a European tour in 2025 he was recently added to and that is set to kick off in May touring around Italy, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Regardless of what city or country this journey takes him, Johnny Nasty Boots is here to stay.
